Every project starts with a conversation about what you need. We agree together on what's included and how we'll work, and anything new that comes up along the way is discussed before we start on it.
Website projects: 50% to start and 50% before launch.
Monthly services are billed monthly in advance, in US dollars. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform and is never included in our fees.
Monthly services have a 3-month minimum term, then continue month to month. You can cancel after the minimum term with 30 days notice.
The Managed-For-You website plan includes the build, so it has a 12-month minimum term.
Once paid in full, you own your website content, design and domain. Your ad accounts, social accounts and email lists always stay in your name.
We need timely feedback, content and access to keep projects on schedule. If a project is paused for more than 30 days waiting on you, we may reschedule it.
We work hard to grow your business, but no one can honestly guarantee specific rankings, leads or sales. We do guarantee clear reporting on the work we do.
